- If you are not satisfied with the product purchased by COD method, you can return the product to the delivery staff without any cost.

- If you are not satisfied with the product purchased using the online payment method, you can return the product to the delivery staff and contact Customer Care for refund support without charge. lose any costs.

    - In case the delivery staff refuses to check the goods. You have the right to refuse to receive goods and contact Customer Care for immediate support.

    - If you are satisfied with the product condition and agree to purchase the product, please sign the joint inspection record. Signing the joint inspection record confirms that you have completed the product inspection and agree to purchase.

      2. Regulations on the responsibilities of Robert Store and the shipping unit:

      • Packaging: All orders are packaged and shipped, sealed by Robert Store. On the packaging of all orders there is information about: Recipient's name; Recipient phone number and address; Bill of lading code of the order

      Delivery service time : Delivery service from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and holidays).

      Shipping methods used at Robert Store :

      Robert Store offers free shipping on all orders with a value of over 500,000 VND, (after applying the promotion/discount code) and weighing less than 5kg.

      - Express delivery : Express delivery applies to orders within Da Nang city. Robert Store will use delivery services from Grab, J&T, Viettel Post...

        - Express delivery : Express delivery nationwide at rates calculated according to the prices of carriers J&T, Viettel Post and EMS. Shipping time is 2-3 days (excluding import time applicable to ordered products) depending on geographical distance and current objective conditions. Imported or ordered products will have separate delivery times and will be notified to customers before ordering.

          - Economical delivery : Freight rates are calculated according to the prices of carriers such as Viettel Post, GHTK, J&T, GHN, BEST, NINJAVAN... Shipping time is from 3-7 days depending on geographical distance and conditions. current objectivity.

            Regulations on delivery fees:

            - Delivery fee of the order is calculated based on the distance between the supplying store and the delivery address along with the weight of the product.
