Product warranty policy:

Robert Store applies separate warranty policies for each product group and each specific product.

  • Return and exchange:
- Time limit: 7 to 10 working days from date of receipt.
- Condition: Error due to manufacturer.
- For customers far away: delivery time to Robert Store does not exceed 15 working days.
- Cost: Robert Store pays 100%.
    • Product warranty:
    - Products not listed below will be warranted according to each individual product and policy.
    - Please contact support@robert-store.com for more detailed information about the warranty period of each product.

      1. Genuine products distributed by Robert Store:

      Robert Store is committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and genuine product warranty. Below is the warranty process for genuine products at Robert Store:

      - Warranty method: You can bring the product to any Robert Store or its warranty center for support.
      - Note: Robert Store is an intermediary between customers and manufacturers, representing customers to protect warranty rights. Robert Store does not determine the applicable conditions and warranty policies of genuine products.

        Warranty process:

        - Receiving products: Robert Store receives products and checks the status.
        - Report errors to the manufacturer: Robert Store reports errors to the manufacturer and requests warranty.
        - Warranty confirmation: The manufacturer accepts the warranty: Robert Store notifies the customer and makes an appointment to return the product after repair.
        Manufacturer does not accept warranty (customer error): Robert Store notifies the customer and returns the product.
        - Repair or conditional warranty: Warranted products will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or conditional warranty.
        - Return the product: Robert Store receives the product back from the manufacturer and sends it back to the customer.
        - Repair by 3rd party (with or without fee): In case the manufacturer cannot repair, Robert Store will send the product to a 3rd party for repair (fees may arise).

          2. Footwear products at Robert Store

          • Warranty period: 3 months for all products.
          • Warranty provisions:
          - During the warranty period, all errors caused by the manufacturer will be replaced or repaired depending on the time and condition of the product.
          - Robert Store will refuse warranty for errors that arise during use that are not caused by the manufacturer.
          - After 3 months, Robert Store will support customers with warranty repairs on soles and glue.
            • Note: Warranty products must be intact, without deformation or physical impact from the outside.

            3. Other sports items:

            - Backpacks , sports bags: 12-month warranty period ( Warranty form: All seams and zippers . Warranty conditions: The product is intact, the seams are not affected by abrasion factors , fracture, corrosion by chemicals or other factors )
              - Folding chairs , folding tables and picnic furniture: Warranty period: 03 months ( Warranty conditions: No impact from external factors or user misuse of product functions. No Warranty covers the following cases: Customers use the product incorrectly, tearing the chair fabric. Support: Robert Store supports replacing components depending on the case, at the customer's expense )
                - Types of camping tents & related accessories: 12-month warranty period ( Warranty conditions: Warranty for tent frame . No warranty in cases: affected by external factors or by the user misuse of product functions. Support : Robert Store supports replacement of components depending on the case, at customer's expense )
