Payment upon delivery (COD – Cost on Delivery)

COD payment (payment to the delivery person upon receipt of the goods). This is the simplest and most convenient method for customers to order via the website: https://robert-store.com . For some reasons regarding the source of imported goods, some products will not have COD payment method. You will be informed in detail about the inability to pay by COD form at the Check-out page before decide to order.

After placing an order, Robert Store will send an order confirmation email and also call to confirm before the order is delivered.

In case you want to pay in advance such as: Buying goods for help, giving gifts, etc., you can choose the payment option "Transfer in advance" to Robert Store's account.

Note: You should only transfer money after being called by Robert Store staff to confirm the order, to avoid transferring money when the product is out of stock or out of size.

Payment by domestic transfer (Bank Transfer)

With this form of payment, customers can transfer money through Robert Store's bank accounts below, then scan or take a photo and send it to Robert Store via email: support@robert-store.com or Zalo: 0384196911.

Note: Please clearly state the payment content in the bank deposit slip for the contract number so that Robert Store can automatically confirm payment. Robert Store will not be responsible when customers transfer money to the wrong account or not to the account listed on the website: https://robert-store.com.
