1. General regulations:

Return conditions: Each product can only be returned once. Only applicable to orders purchased on the Robert Store website. Returned products must meet the following conditions:

    - Original labels, intact packaging, and accompanying accessories.
    - Not dirty, torn, scratched, or damaged due to improper use.
    - Have complete invoice and warranty card (if any).

    Return process: Please contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of receipt for return support. Robert Store will check the product condition and make a return decision within 2 business days. Returns will be at the final discretion of Robert Store and are based on the price at the time of purchase or a product of equivalent value.

    Robert Store reserves the right to evaluate the status of exchanged/returned/defective products before making any repair or exchange of the product.

    Note: Robert Store reserves the right to adjust website policies and conditions for promotional items and special programs at any time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Robert Store Customer Care department.

      2. Product return policy:

      • Product return and exchange time :
      - Full price products (Not applicable to promotions and/or discount codes): within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order from the shipping unit.
      - Promotional products (Apply promotions, discount codes and/or direct discounts): within 10 days from the date the customer receives the order from the shipping unit.
      • Conditions for exchanging and returning products : Returned products must meet the following conditions:
      - The product has not been used, has not been washed or ironed, and has no strange odors.
      - Product with intact labels and accompanying product box (if any)
      - Customers have complete invoices and proof of purchase
      - The product is not defective due to the user's storage or transportation process

      3. Product exchange/return process:

      Step 1: Customers contact customer service when there is a need to exchange/return to receive appropriate feedback.

        Step 2: After the return request is accepted, Robert Store's shipping unit will recall the product at the address provided by the customer (Applicable nationwide) .

        Step 3: When the product is returned to the warehouse, Robert Store will check the product status and decide whether the product is eligible for exchange or return. After that, Robert Store will ship new products if customers need to exchange goods.

        Note :

        - You are free to recall and exchange for all eligible products according to the provisions of the above policy.
          - All product return requests must be granted Product Return Authorization in advance by Robert Store to ensure the request is processed properly. In addition, for online orders, returns can only be made via the website: https://robert-store.com and does not apply to in-store returns.

            4. Refund time and method:

            For cases where customers need to return goods, Robert Store offers the following 3 refund methods:

            Coupon refund: After confirming your returned product is eligible for refund, Robert Store will send you a coupon code with a value equivalent to the value you purchased to continue shopping on the website: https ://robert-store.com via your personal email with terms of use and coupon term. Coupon refund time is 1-2 working days . Coupon only applies on the website, not in stores.
              Refund via online payment gateway: If you have paid via online payment gateway, Robert Store will refund via online payment gateway to the original account you used to pay. Refund time is from 10 - 45 working days (depending on the type of card you use).
                Refund via personal account number: If you pay in cash, Robert Store will refund you via the bank account you provide. Refund time is within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

                  Note :

                  - In case the product is out of size, Robert Store will support you in exchanging for another product of equal or higher value than the old product. (Robert Store does not refund the difference if you choose a product of lower value).
                    - In case the product is exchanged for all sizes but you have not found another product you like, Robert Store will refund a coupon of equal value to the product value. (Coupon only applies to the website : https://robert-store.com , not applicable to the store system).
                      - Customers are required to use the shipping unit designated by Robert Store for cases of exchanging/returning goods. Do not arbitrarily use other shipping units to avoid errors affecting the control process. Orders from Robert Store.
                        - In any case of dispute, Robert Store's decision will be final.
