Ordering guide
To make your shopping experience easier and more complete, Robert Store sends you detailed purchasing instructions as follows:
Step 1: Visit the website: https://robert-store.com
Step 2: Search for your favorite product
You can search for products in the following 3 ways:
- Method 1: Refer to the brand and product category on the top menu bar
- Method 2: Search directly for the product in the search box.
- Method 3: Robert Store always has suggestions about the latest Collections, Products and attractive promotions on the homepage, you can directly refer to them without searching.
Step 3: Refer to information, select product size and quantity
After choosing the right product, please carefully review the product information including:
- Image
- Color
- Size
- Product Description
- Price
- ...
For products with sizes, click on Size Guide to refer to how to measure and choose the product size that matches your body measurements.
After carefully reviewing the product information, you click on the Size and Quantity of the product you want to buy.
Step 4: Proceed to order
After you complete product selection:
- If you want to pay immediately, please click BUY IT NOW .
- If you want to see more products, please click ADD TO CART . When you have completed shopping, click PAY to proceed with the order.
Step 5: Enter purchase information
On the order page, please enter all information, including:
- Contact information: Enter Email Address.
- Delivery address: Enter necessary information such as consignee name, delivery address, phone number.
Note: For Customers who already have an account, please log in with your existing account. At this time, contact information as well as delivery address will be fully displayed. Robert Store encourages you to register an account before shopping to save time and receive notifications about promotions.
After filling in all necessary information, please click " Choose shipping method ".
Step 6: Choose a shipping method
On the Shipping page, please review your order information including: Order value, Contact, Delivery address and return to the previous page to edit if necessary.
In the Shipping Methods section, Robert Store provides 2 methods as follows:
- Free delivery with invoices from 500,000 VND (after applying promotion/discount code) and weight under 5kg.
- For invoices under 500,000 VND or weighing over 5kg, delivery fees will be calculated based on the distance of the supplying store from the delivery address and the weight of the total products.
Note: Delivery fee will be clearly shown on the product page after the customer enters the delivery address. See more at: " Inspection, Delivery & Shipping Policy"
Finally, please click “ Choose payment method ”.
Note :

- To facilitate delivery, customers need to write correct and complete information in the membership registration section.
- Any order missing any of the necessary information (full name, address, phone number) will be rejected without prior notice.
