You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase, even after downloading the files. Email adibeka130@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. We will refund the amount paid for the book or set to the original payment method. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for a digital purchase. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect files
If a download is missing, a link does not work, or a file is incorrect or damaged, contact us. We can restore access or provide the correct files. You can still choose a refund within the 30-day guarantee period; accepting download help does not remove that option.
Earlier orders and your rights
Earlier purchases retain the terms presented when those orders were placed, subject to applicable law. Contact us with the older order number for help.
Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to content that is faulty, not delivered, or not as described. Those rights may continue beyond 30 days.
