No questions asked, no forms to fill in, and you keep the files you have already downloaded.
How to request a refund
Email adibeka130@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your files did not arrive
Everything we sell is digital. Your PDF and audiobook are emailed within a few minutes of payment. If nothing arrives, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we will resend the files straight away. A delivery problem is not a refund case, and we will fix it whenever you tell us, not only inside the 30 days.
Cancellations and recurring charges
There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges of any kind. Every purchase is a single one-time payment for the files listed on the product page.
