In 1997, my father had a stroke at 58. The doctors gave him pills and sent him home. Nobody told us about the warning signs that had been there for months. Nobody told us what he could have done differently.
That moment changed everything for me.
I spent the next 27 years studying one question: Why do people in certain Chinese mountain villages routinely live past 100 — sharp, active, and free of the diseases that destroy Western lives after 60?
I traveled to Guangxi, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces. I interviewed centenarians and their families. I studied 3,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine texts. And I cross-referenced everything with modern clinical research.
What I found was not magic. It was not complicated. It was a set of daily habits, foods, and practices that Western medicine has largely ignored — because there is no profit in them.
"Your body is not broken. It has been sending you signals for years. This book teaches you how to finally listen."
The Forgotten Chinese Longevity Book is the result of those 27 years. It is written for people who are tired of being told everything is fine — when they know something is not. It is written for people who want to take real control of their health, using wisdom that has been proven across centuries.
My father lived to 79. He spent his last 20 years walking daily, growing his own herbs, and teaching his grandchildren. That is what this knowledge can do.
I wrote this book so you can do the same.
