Customer stories

Ira W.

I was in terrible discomfort, having trouble sleeping, couldn't golf, or do any other activities. When I got the Mark, I actually used it standing because I was so tender in my hips and the pain was so intense. I've been using the Orbit and the Mark almost every day. I might not be a hundred percent pain-free, but I'm a great 99% feeling like myself again.
Customer stories

Tony W.

My first experience using the Hip Hook removed 80% of my pain. That's when I stood up and realized the impact this product had made in my life. I now have power and control back in a holistic manner. It changed my life.
Customer stories

Matty M.

The Mark saved me from debilitating hip and glute pain. The tightness was so bad I could barely get out of bed.
Customer stories

Mary P.

I suffer from SI joint pain and a painful piriformis. I saw an ad for the Mark and the Orbit, used the Orbit on my pelvic bone and the tip of the Mark on my iliacus and after releasing my iliacus, I have no pain.
Customer stories

Alison M.

The Mark is a life-changing product. I've already had 3 back surgeries and over 23 years of chronic, constant, never-ending back pain. I've tried everything, and The Mark is the only product that has actually helped me.
Customer stories

Steven S.

I've been having jaw and neck tension. I already used the Hip Hook and it worked really well, so I wanted to try the Range and see how it goes. It's a great tool and it's been helping me with my recovery.
Customer stories

Jessica C.

The Range was a lifesaver for my neck pain. It's really hard to get into those tiny muscles at the base of the skull. A lacrosse ball just can't do it because of the angle. The Range works perfectly for it.

How it works

Lower Back Pain

When the iliacus and psoas muscles are tight, they pull the pelvis forward, straining spinal joints, twisting discs, and overworking the muscles in your back and glutes. The result? Stiffness, imbalance, and persistent pain.
How it works

Sciatica

A tight iliacus misaligns your pelvis, twisting the spine and overloading the piriformis. That compresses the sciatic nerve leading to pain radiating down your leg.
How it works

SI Joint Pain

A tight iliacus pulls your pelvis forward, while the piriformis tugs in the opposite direction. This muscle imbalance creates torque around the SI joint, leading to pain, instability, and inflammation.
How it works

Hip Crease Pain

Even if you've been told you have arthritis or a labral tear, that may not be what's causing your pain. When the iliacus and psoas are tight, they compress the hip joint, shift alignment, and create groin pain that mimics joint issues.
How it works

Glute Pain

When the iliacus is tight, it tilts the pelvis forward and shifts load onto the glutes and piriformis, forcing them to compensate for lost hip stability. Those overworked muscles become inflamed and tender, causing the deep ache or tightness you feel in your glutes.
How it works

Knee Pain

When your iliacus is tight, it rotates your leg inward, making it difficult for your kneecap to glide in its groove, leading to rubbing and grinding. This rotation also causes pulling on the inside of your knee and pressure on the outside of your knee.
How it works

Outer Hip Pain

A tight iliacus tilts the pelvis and compresses the hip, forcing the IT band and the muscles along the outside of your hip, like the TFL and gluteus medius, to overwork. That constant friction and tension leads to the sharp, nagging pain you feel on the outer hip.
How it works

Foot Pain

When the iliacus muscle is tight, it rotates your pelvis forward and your leg inward. That shifts how your foot strikes the ground, flattening your arch and pushing your big toe outward. Over time, that misalignment leads to plantar fasciitis, bunions, and painful steps.
How it works

Headaches

When the upper trapezius and suboccipitals are tight, they develop trigger points that refer pain directly into the head. These muscles can send pain signals to your temples, the top of your skull, and behind your eyes, even when you can't feel the knots themselves.
How it works

Shoulder Pain

A tight pec minor pulls your shoulder forward and down, forcing the surrounding muscles of your upper back and rotator cuff to constantly work against it. That tug-of-war creates strain, compression, and the persistent ache that builds through your shoulder with every hour you spend at a screen.
How it works

Neck Pain

When the suboccipitals, pec minor, and upper traps are tight, they lock your head forward and restrict the natural movement of your cervical spine. 80% of your neck rotation comes from the suboccipital area, so when those muscles hold tension, you lose range of motion and develop the deep, chronic stiffness that no amount of stretching seems to fix.
How it works

Jaw Pain

A tight pec minor rounds your shoulders forward, which shifts your head forward and puts strain on the muscles of your neck and jaw. That constant postural pull creates tension that travels up to the jaw, which can lead to tightness, clenching, and pain that won't let up.
How it works

Upper Trap Pain

The upper trapezius runs from your skull down to your shoulders and upper back. It's one of the first muscles to lock up from screen time, stress, and poor posture. When it's tight, it compresses the neck, pulls the head out of alignment, and becomes a constant source of the dull, pressing tension you feel across your upper shoulders and the base of your skull.
How it works

Shoulder Blade Pain

When the pec minor is tight, it rounds your shoulders forward and shifts load onto the muscles between and around your shoulder blades. Those muscles overwork to pull your posture back into alignment, resulting in the burning, nagging tension you feel between and around your shoulder blades.

This is exactly what I needed. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
