Aletha Hip Hook muscle release tool

Targeted hip flexor release

Hip Hook (Mark)

Hip Hook applies targeted pressure to the iliacus and psoas in the hip flexor region. Its rotating tip is designed for a specific angle of contact; learning the placement and handle technique is part of using the tool.

  • Start with the Orbit to become familiar with pressure in the hip flexor region.
  • Watch the standing or ground demonstration to learn placement and when to press the handle.
  • Use moderate pressure that lets you breathe and relax. Follow the manual’s timing and safety guidance.

Aletha Orbit muscle release ball

Broad hip and glute release

Orbit®

Orbit applies broad pressure to the psoas and piriformis. It has a different job from the precise Hip Hook tip: a broader contact area for the front and back of the hip.

  • Choose the demonstration for the front of the hip or the glute region.
  • Adjust your body position to control the pressure rather than forcing more weight onto the ball.
  • Stay still, breathe and relax as directed. The manual explains placement and the 90-second hold.
