Shipping

Where we ship

All 50 US states and US territories, plus Canada and selected international destinations. Orders are fulfilled from a warehouse in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, so the exact cost and the available service levels are shown before you pay. Duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed on a business day are normally picked and packed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a US public holiday are processed the next business day. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier you receive a tracking link by email; transit time then depends on the service chosen at checkout and your location.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with the tracking number when the parcel ships. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to the warehouse because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you and can re-ship once the return has arrived. A re-shipping cost may apply.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. See our returns page.

Digital guides

Digital guides are delivered by email download link within a few minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping cost.
